I can see fragrance on some of your ingredient lists. Is this natural?

Yes! We only use 100% natural fragrance or essential oil blends in our products. You can see which products have which types of fragrances on any of our collection pages.

Are your products pregnancy-safe?

We have formulated our products to be as safe to use during pregnancy as possible. However, some of our products do contain essential oils or fragrance allergens coming from our 100% natural fragrance blends, most of them in infinitely small quantities.

Do you use palm oil?

We currently do not add palm oil as an ingredient in any of our products. However, some of the actives or functional ingredients we use are sometimes made from Palm Oil (some sucrose esters for example). Some have already done so, but our suppliers are all switching to RSPO Palm Oil.

Can I return a product even if I have tried it?

We offer all customers a no-quibble 30-day returns window if you are not happy with your order for any reason. Please contact us through our contact form and let us know your order number and the reason. We will send you a returns form to send back with your order.
